COURTYARD COTTAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Confirmation of your booking by the payment of a deposit is a legal commitment to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions so please ensure you read them carefully before making your booking.

We recommend that you arrange your own cancellation insurance to provide cover in the event of unforeseen circumstances causing you to cancel your booking.

BOOKING PERIOD

Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of one week during the high season. Short breaks are dependent upon availability. A two-night break is 50% of the weekly rental with a third night incurring a further 10% of the weekly rental.

The booking period is from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival to 10 a.m. on the morning of your departure.

RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS

Reservations are held for 24 hours. Bookings are held for one week from the date of booking. Booking must be confirmed within this time with the payment of a Booking Deposit of 30%. The balance is due in full no later than six weeks prior to your arrival date. If you are booking less than 6 weeks from the rental date the full amount is payable on booking.

Please note that we do not send a reminder requesting the balance of payments. Non-payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the owners may re-let the property without reference to the Client who will remain liable for payment of the full amount.

The owners reserve the right to refuse admission to any person for any reason and a pro rata refund of any monies already paid will be given.

CANCELLATIONS

Booking cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable and the balance is still payable on the due date. The owners will make every effort to re-let the property and if successful, will be pleased to refund the applicable portion less a £50 administration fee.

If the owners have to cancel your booking for any reason owing to events out with their control, a full refund will be given immediately. The owners will have no further liability to the visitor or to any other party. The owners will make every effort to locate alternative accommodation.
